Are you tired of feeling overextended, out of touch, and like you're always running on empty? Come join me on a beautiful working farm on Vashon Island every month for an afternoon that's slow, quiet and just for you. Slow Down Saturdays are as tranquil as they sound... they give us women a chance to sit together in a loving circle and be led through simple mindfulness practices that will help you to slow down in your busy, everyday life. Whether you're a client or not, come for a free afternoon of quality time, where we will meditate, journal, breathe, color, share, set intentions, rest, explore the farm, even nap if that's what you need! Our time together is easefully structured between circle time and solo break out time for you to do whatever you want, indoors or out. We always finish with a guided meditation or mindfulness practice that will leave you feeling rested and rejuvenated before you set back out into the world. If you're sick and tired of feeling sick and tired, or are simply craving more time to be in community with women, join me for Slow Down Saturdays.

Thank you for Saturday. I was so relaxed by the end of the circle. I’m glad that I pushed myself to get out of my comfort zone (introverted self-company) and connect with other women. It was such an empowering and uplifting day!
— Sheri F.
I really love the support that Anneliese provides in these Saturday events. It is very welcoming. She gives the meditation an expert style, and it’s very soothing and very calming. It’s just an amazing experience to have, especially when you’re learning how to slow down your life and relax... I recommend it for anyone looking for creative ways to relieve stress and to just relax, slow down and enjoy their lives a little more.
— Tamara C.
Anneliese had an amazing presence that made me feel very comfortable in the group. Her guided meditations helped me connect with my body and be more present. I will definitely attend again and recommend it to others!

Treat yourself to a day of therapeutic activities to restore your vitality, inspire your creativity, and reconnect you to your wise self. Wildflower Wellness Retreat offers mindfulness practices and therapeutic food to support women who are healing from chronic or unexplained digestive distress and associated symptoms of anxiety, low energy, ongoing infection, pain, and poor sleep.

Retreats are easefully structured to include mindful eating practices, yin yoga, sacred circle time for meditation and reflection, restorative yoga, free time to socialize, and delicious food. You will be offered tea with local honey, lots of healthy snacks, and a therapeutic meal prepared together that supports your dietary requirements. These retreats are restorative, relaxing, and supportive of the 'listening' process that is so crucial to healing from chronic symptoms. You don't have to be a client to participate, all are welcome! If you don't live on the island, I encourage you to book an Airbnb for the evening and treat yourself to a true getaway.

Anneliese has a natural ability to hold space for women, and guided us toward our potential for openness. She created a safe space for sharing and helped us transcend both dreams and fears in a way that allowed us to best serve our purpose. I would recommend attending to help you fine-tune multiple facets of self-care in your life!
— Melissa M.
The retreat was nicely balanced between group discussion, Yin yoga, guided meditation and cooking session, while still leaving us some time to explore the beautiful property and rest. The meal we prepared together was nutritious and delicious. Taking the time to be alone in silence and journaling allowed me to reflect on what nourishment means to me. What impressed me the most was the safe and supportive environment we created together, guided by the explorative inquiries and pure inner joy that naturally radiated from Anneliese. I left feeling refreshed and restored.

Equal parts thought-provoking, relaxing and nourishing for the mind and body. Just what I needed. A lovely, lovely experience!

Learn how to manage hormones, metabolism, and lifestyle to put you back in the driver's seat of your health.

Are you overwhelmed with how to best feed yourself as hormones and metabolism shift? Do you feel like there's not enough time in the day to prepare healthy meals and feed yourself what you really need? Do you feel reactive to your cravings, or seek comfort in food during times of stress or fatigue?

If so, you're not alone. Join me for a discussion on how to optimize your relationship with food and take control of your health. We'll discuss ways for women to support their hormones through different stages of life, tips for always being prepared with something nourishing and healthy, and what to do when that afternoon crash comes along and you start reaching for the candy bowl. Q&A to follow.

Anneliese offered my clients a deeper look into how to think of health problems both scientifically and intuitively. She shared her insight into some of the more troubling areas of nutrition for women like feeling ‘wired and tired’ and managing cravings, and shared strategies for addressing these issues with testing, hormone balance, and food preparation. Anneliese’s presentation was familiar and easy to listen to. I loved hearing about her experiences with using nutrition as a method for healing, and left with a better understanding of the microbiome and the gut.
